At Bailey Amsterdam, we strive for the perfect fit; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all boutique tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the online initiation process.
Ship to Amsterdam
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
